Reservations can be made online for parties of up to 6 guests; and open on a six-week rolling window.

Ugly Duckling offers an immersive tasting menu showcasing the best of the fields, forests, and waters of Coastal BC; and paying homage to our home in Canada’s oldest Chinatown.

The menu is priced at $118; and we suggest setting aside 2.5 hours to fully enjoy the experience. We do not currently offer a-la-carte dining.

We are able to accommodate most dietary requirements, but request 48-hours notice so that we can be prepared to welcome you.

All reservations —whether made by phone, email, or online— require a credit card to hold your table. Reservations can be altered or cancelled without penalty up to 48-hours in advance. Reservations cancelled or rebooked with less than 48-hours notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee; and no-shows will be charged the full cost of the menu.
